Jesse Lawrence ABBEY b. 1893 MO. married Myrtle (BRYANT) 1912 Dent Co., MO. They had one child, a son, before they divorced shortly after his birth. Jesse & Myrtle were both living with their parents in Turtle, Dent Co., MO. at the time of their marriage.

I have no idea if their son went by the Abbey surname after the divorce. Nor do I know if Myrtle remarried. Jesse L. Abbey remarried and had children, who would be half siblings to this child Jesse had with Myrtle (BRYANT).
