Proebstel family were residents of Fishing River Twp., Clay County, Missouri beginning 1840 until approximately 1852, when 6 of the brothers left for Washington State. They received land in Clay County (bought or land grant) in 1840. Believe that Adam and possibley Wendel died in Clay County. Need Cemetery information or death info.
