Union Township in 1860 -- yes, I think that's the right family. I have been working backwards, from first learning of Mary's existence when she was named in her brother David's Will (he died in San Francisco in 1906) as his sister Mrs Mary L. Brown of Alexandria, Clark County, Missouri. She was widowed by then.
The oldest daughter's name in 1860 looks to me more like "Silethe" and since later census years show a "Lillie E." and "Lillieetie" I wonder if that should have been "Lilethe" or "Lilith"; not a common name, anyway. (Or Lily E. T. ?)
I have found Mary in the 1910 census with her divorced son Leon living with her but since can't find her in 1920 I guess she probably died before then.
Other children (from census): William E., Mary, Edward, Eliza F. and Mabel Z.
