Vesta Mae Hale was born in 1915 in Christian County, MO. Her father was Richard Ennis Hale. Her grandfather was Reuben Hale who lived near Wilson's Creek. Vesta Mae lived with her grandparents. Her sister, Minnie Irene, died in 1935. In 1947, Vesta's father died and Vesta was listed as living in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, as "Mrs D.C. Dickinson". I need to find out more about her.
