My GGGrandfather, Edward (sometimes George) Betterton was born in Monett in 1874. He married a Nancy Zinn. Two children were born: Viva Zinn Mignon Betterton and Myrtle Catherine Betterton. Edward and Nancy died in a train wreck in 1907 (August?).

In looking through the censuses I find two Nancy Zinn's who could be this Nancy. Since Edward and Nancy died fairly young there is not a lot of paperwork trail left behind.

Does anyone know of a newspaper printed during the time of the train wreck that may have carried an article about the wreck? Does anyone else have any other suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
