In short, Boone Hays (Grandson of Daniel Boone) married Lydia Ann Scholl a granddaughter of Edward Boone, Daniel's brother. A daughter, Serrelda Hays m. James McMurtry. A daughter, Nancy McMurtry m. William H. Morris. 3 children - Mary 1854, Sally 1860, William 1865.
