I don't know where Benjamin Holland is buried, but did find an entry for his will dated 28 Feb 1855; filed 7 July 1856.

Sons - Jacob D. , Leonidos J., Ashley W., Andrew M., Thomas L., John C., William C. Holland and heirs of son, Robert W. Holland namely - James C.

Witnesses - Philo H. Allyn, Charles Morgan and Nathaniel Holland
Executor - Son, Thomas L. Holland
