Hello,
I am searching for information about Jefferson Rawlings of Wilkinson Co,MS. He was killed by Martin Rawlings according to the Wilkinson County Newspaper.

He was married to Sarah M. RUTLEDGE who in May of 1854 filed for Tutorship of one Minor child Ann Eliza Rawlings
daughter of Jefferson Rawlings.

Sarah M. RAWLINGS married Gibson Sloan.

The tutorship papers were signed by Thomas H. Rawlings, Edward Stapleton, George W. Rutledge, James H. Rutledge,
James Mumford. Witnesses Wm. Unsworth and Lewis Ganson.

The tudorship was done in St. Landry Parish,LA but, says they were from Wilkinson Co.
