I am looking for information on CLARA MARIE WELCH
was born in Mississippi in 1883. Her parents are William "Billy" Welch and Francis "Fannie" Owens.
Clara is my maternal grandmother. She was married to LOUIS COMMEAUX at some point. The 1930 East Baton Rouge Parish census shows her as his wife. I want to know more about Mr. Commeaux and Clara. The census shows him as being from North Carolina and born in 1894.
