Of the two names you listed, I saw a listing for Mary E. Green on FindAGrave.com. "Mary E. Green, 01/18/1833 - 02/04/1840, buried in Green-Jacob Cemetery, Copiah County MS". I did not see a listing on the website for a David HAVARD who died in the 1820's.

The Journal of Wilkinson County History - Cemetery Records covers a small fraction of deaths ranging from 1818 to 1990 with missing years. Reportedly the data was taken from several sources like cemetery records, church records, newspaper obituaries, family bibles, and personal interviews.

Unfortunately I found no listings for David HAVARD or Mary GREEN who died in the early 1800's in The Journal of Wilkinson County History - Cemetery Records.
