There is some disagreement as to whether James B. Rowland born April 1843 was the son of Harrison T. Rowland (1814-1866) and Margaret S. Turrentine (1818-1881) or William M. Rowland born about 1823 and Elizabeth J. Turrentine born about 1824.

It is a puzzle I am working on, but am no closer to solving than I was several months ago.
