State of Miss., Tish. Co., I, William L. DUNCAN, tax collector of the county aforesaid have this day according to law held the following tract of land to wit the south east quarter of section 34 township 1 range 7 as the property of John D. BRADFORD for the taxes due thereon, for year 1845, to wit the sum of $3.84, when R. ANDERSON being the best bidder at the sum of $5.21, I therefore sell and convey said land to R. ANDERSON his heirs...this the 16th day of February 1846.
