Kay, thanks for answering, I have no idea now looking at what I wrote as to where I was going with that. Joe Lott on the LottCircle sent me a list of some line of Rowley's. I have been searching for your Elizabeth & Samuel Moore on that list. Maybe he just sent me one certain line. I no nothing of the Rowley's. This year I just found out about some Lott's. All my people are dead, I have some sisters and brothers, we live all a part and they don't care about family except for my little sister in Florida.
I say all my people are dead, because I really don't know.
The Rowley name is new to me. Researching, I have found that my gma Rena Lott's parents are Joshua Luther Lott & Sarah E.Rowley. That is my first sight of the name Rowley.
What I am looking for I guess is Rowley's that have knowledge of Rena and her family, and what happen to there family, and why?
Sarena "Rena" Lott b.1877 Marion Co.MS. m.James Albert Peak Jones 1895. From there they had 12 children, all scattered to different homes.
I found my father Lloyd Jones in a Dunn family as orphan, and family trees have made him there own, with a whole different family that was mine, Lloyd Dunn. That is really hard for most of them to accept to change that info.
I'm asking you if any of your older relatives you may have, if they have pics, records, or remember anything of my family of Sarena Lott and her husband Jim Jones? They started out in Marion, later to Carroll County. Two children died along the way, Roxie 2yrs./Hunter 18 yrs. train incident. they are buried in the Lott Ceme. in Marion Co.MS. Are you a member of the LottCircle ? Warm Regards Kat Jones Thayer ....in TN.
