I've seen lots of Boone tombstones, but I don't remember which counties they were in. Norred (or Norrod) doesn't ring any bells at all with me.

I just did a quick search on findagrave.com (which is where I put all my tombstone pictures) and found no Norreds or Norrods in Mississippi (so far -- Find-a-Grave grows rapidly every day). There are 212 Boones listed in Mississippi (so far), but I don't see any in Leake County:
