I have found a resident of this institution in Hinds that may be an ancestor. She is listed as an attendant in 1910 at age 52, but I have found no earlier records of her in the census. I have not been able to find any information about her 1880 and after and am wondering if she could have been admitted to the hospital around 1880 and then improved enough to become an attendant. Does that make sense? Thanks!
