Hi Lynda!....I think some attendants lived on the grounds...so were always listed as residents...she may not have been a patient unless listed as patient or inmate.
I have contacted the dept that is exhuming the bodies that were found on the old grounds...they have not contacted me back yet....will need to call them again. Will post any info I find...
Yes, she could have been a patient then became an attendant....they put ppl in those places for the least little thing...so many had nothing but a little of life's stress on them...kay
