Hazlehurst

Hazel Pittman Strong, 67, died June 6, 2008 at Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Graveside services will 2pm Monday at Pine Bluff Cemetery in Dentville. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8 at Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst with burial in Pine Bluff Cemetery.

Mrs. Strong was a native of Carroll County and had lived in Copiah County for 20 years.

Survivors include sons: Robert Earl Strong of Vicksburg, Tommy Ray Strong of Pearl and Dennis J. Strong of Byram; daughters: Sherry Broadwater of Pearl and Sandra White of Brookhaven; brothers: Wayne Pittman of Greenwood, Billy Pittman of Greenwood, John Alvin Pittman of Clarksdale, Donald Pittman of Greenwood and John Henry Mascogni of Pearl; sister: Eloise Gore of Sidon, MS; 11 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
