The LDS site lists a marriage of Sarah Tarver and Isaac Chadwick on 10 Aug 1816 in Amite Co., MS, as well as a marriage of Sarah Tarver and Isaac Shadock on 8 Aug 1816 in Amite Co., MS. It would appear that is really one marriage between Sarah Tarver and Isaac Chaddick. The Chaddick name has been spelled numerous ways, of which, Chadwick and Shadock are two examples.
There was an Isaac Chaddick (1784 - 1859 in Wayne Co., MS), the s/o Richard Chaddick and Esther Green. Several children of Richard and Esther did move to the Amite Co., MS. area in the very early 1800s. This would appear to be the logical Isaac Chaddick for this marriage; however, I show that he had migrated to Wayne Co., MS in 1812. This marriage is shown as occurring in 1816 in Amite Co., MS.
Also, there is an Ancestral File at the LDS site, which has Sarah Tarver (27 Oct 1795 - 28 Oct 1867 in Summerville, LaSalle Parish, LA) w/o Isaac Chadwick (Abt 1793 - 1857 in Summerville, LaSalle Parish, LA). This Ancestral file shows Sarah Tarver as d/o of Granson (Gransom) Tarver (Abt 1771).
Any assistance in identifying these individuals would be appreciated.
