Is there someone who has access to the Winona County death records who would look for a William B Smith who died 25 Dec 1902 in Winona county?

He was the widow of Esther Amelia Smith who died prior to 1900 and he was taken to Staples, Minnesota to be buried.

Some family members believe that he died in Minnesota City, Winona County.

Any help that you can give me will be very much appreciated. If he did die in Winona County I am willing to pay for research and copies of documentation.
