William Taylor (b. 10/26/1823 in VT) and Amanda Perkins (b. abt 1826 in Versailles, Cattaraugus Co. NY) were “espoused” on 12/31/1843. They had 4 children: David, Helen, Olive, and Melvin.

The 3 oldest children were born in PA, and Melvin was born in MN. In 1870, they were living in Plainview Village, Wabasha Co. MN, where Amanda died 5/25/1896.

The information I have says that Amanda was the daughter of Elijah and Patience Perkins.

I’m looking for any information about Amanda and her parents. Any help is greatly appreciated.
