I am searching for information on a Ben (Bernhard) Stelter, born to Rudolph Stelter (son of Gottfried Stelter and Anna Justine Boge) and Bertha Krueger (dau of Gottlieb Krueger and Ernestine Schultz) in December, 1896. In the 1900 census, they lived in Parnell Township, Traverse Co., MN.

Bernhard's mother was dead in 1900, but Rudolph later remarried (second wife was also named Bertha-??- according to 1910 census records) and had at least four daughters. In the 1920 census, Rudolph is married to a woman named Martha. and has two young daughters.

Or perhaps Bertha Krueger was Rudolph's second wife?

I'm interested in hearing from anyone with a link to this family.

My connection is that Bertha Krueger is my great-grandmother's sister.
