I am searching for information concerning Michael J. Schaufler, born about 1886, died 25 Apr 1942, Hennepin County, Minnesota. I believe it probable that he was the husband of Ida May Brown, born 12 Dec 1881, Moultrie County, Illinois, died sometime after 1945. The couple are recorded in the Federal 1920 and 1930 Censuses in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. It is possible that they met and married in Nebraska before settling in Minnesota. They do not appear to have had any children. Ida May was my grandfather’s sister. Any information, leads, and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
