Mr. Michael Hohler, one of the oldest residents of this county, and father of Mrs. H. Schuster, died at the latter's home Friday morning last, of pleurisy of the heart, aged eighty-one years. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon and largely attended.

Mr. Michael Hohler died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Henry Schuster, Sr., Friday morning at six o'clock, the cause being pleurisy of the heart. The deseased was 81 years of age and has been a resident of this county for about forty years. The funeral was held at the home of Mrs. Schuster on Main street, Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m.

* daughter is probably Josephine Henreitta (Hohler) Schuester, also buried in Oakwood cemetery.
