WOLF, NORBERT A., 75 (obituary)
Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Assumption Catholic Church,
Eden Valley for Norbert A. Wolf, age 75, of
Eden Valley, who died Tuesday at his home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. Rev. Virgil
Braun officiated and burial was in the parish cemetery.
Norbert
Wolf was born March 21, 1933 in
Richmond to William & Mary (
Ludwig)
Wolf. He married
Millie Przybilla on Sept. 24, 1953 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in
Buckman. They farmed in Rockville,
Eden Valley, and
Watkins for 36 years, retiring in 1997. Norbert also worked at Cold Spring Granite. He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church and Catholic Order of Foresters. Norbert enjoyed woodworking, fishing, playing cards, solitaire, camping, fixing things, dabbling in flowers with
Millie, and family and friends. He was a mentor to many, especially his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Millie; daughters, Karen

Kimball, Debbie (Gary) Kuechle of Paynesville, Jean (Tom)

Al (Lois), Ray (Adeline), Roman (
Janelle),
Edmond (Marguerite), Leon (Carol), Nick, Roger (Judy), and John (G’ann); sisters-in-law, Mary and Joanne Wolf; 21 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Norbert was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Floyd
Pauls, Jr.; brothers,
Wally, Clarence, Donald, and Jim; sister, Alvera Fuchs; sisters-in-law, Carol and Grace Wolf; and brother –in-law, Larry
Fuchs.
