Does anyone have any memories or information on Alexander "Tex" McLeod. He was relatively famous in those years ('20s to '40s), especially in England where he eventually decided to stay. He was born in Manor, Texas (just outside of Austin) and did gain some minor notoriety in Hollywood films, but mostly in rodeo championships and later in Will Rogers style humor, but with much more rope-twirling skills.
