LINDSTROM FAMILY

Surnames: LINDSTROM, OLSON, ANDERSON
I am researching the family of Lewis LINDSTROM and Anna OLSON and/or Anna ANDERSON. I have very limited information from the marriage licenses of two of their sons, John C. LINDSTROM and Emil LINDSTROM. According to John's marriage certificate, he was born in 1878 in Sweden to Lewis LINDSTROM and Anna OLSON. He married Mary BROWN, daughter of William Grant BROWN and Victoria Isabella WEESE in 1920 in Fulton co., Illinois. According to Emil's marriage certificate, he was born in Galva, Henry co., Il. in 1882 to Lewis LINDSTROM and Anna ANDERSON. He married Alice BROWN, sister of Mary BROWN in 1917 in Fulton co., Il. From family, I have reason to believe that the LINDSTROMS came from Sweden to Canada and then to Marshall co., Minnesota. It could be that some members of the family came to Galva, Il. and some remained in Mn. or that family came to Illinois and then went back to Minnesota.
I would appreciate any information I could get to further my research. Thank-you, Emily

I am hoping you are out there, and maybe have more info for me. My connection with the Lindstroms is my great aunt, Mary V Brown married John Charles Lindstom. I see you have he married Alice Brown her sister. I do believe tht is correct. I am in contact with Mary Brown Lindstroms daughter and granddaughter
Thank you

Oops, after I thought about this for a few minutes, it triggered my memory. I had forgotton, as not too familiar with my own Brown family, tht a cousin told me that yes Alice Brown did marry a Lindstrom, and I believe he was a violent man, she perhaps lost a child due to it, and they divorced, and she married a Carl Dane.
Mary Brown Lindstrom, ended up in Canada, where her husband died, and she later moved to Missouri. She has a daugher, still in Canada, and a dau in Missouri. Mary Brown and my grandfather Brown were siblings.
