I am researching the family of Lewis
LINDSTROM and Anna
OLSON and/or Anna
ANDERSON. I have very limited information from the marriage licenses of two of their sons, John C. LINDSTROM and
Emil LINDSTROM. According to John's marriage certificate, he was born in 1878 in Sweden to Lewis
LINDSTROM and Anna
OLSON. He married Mary BROWN, daughter of William
Grant BROWN and Victoria
Isabella WEESE in 1920 in
Fulton co., Illinois. According to Emil's marriage certificate, he was born in Galva,
Henry co., Il. in 1882 to Lewis
LINDSTROM and Anna
ANDERSON. He married Alice BROWN, sister of Mary BROWN in 1917 in
Fulton co., Il. From family, I have reason to believe that the LINDSTROMS came from Sweden to Canada and then to
Marshall co., Minnesota. It could be that some members of the family came to Galva, Il. and some remained in Mn. or that family came to
Illinois and then went back to
Minnesota.
I would appreciate any information I could get to further my research. Thank-you, Emily
