I don't have a question, but wanted to put this information at the Lac Qui Parle County Message board.

Information about the Anderson sisters family:

IN 1865 on the Norway census, they live at:
Hørtemyr subfarm #15, under the main farm Kise #86, at Nes local parish, Saude /Sauherad municipality, in Telemark, Norway.

This was the family in 1865. Shortly after, one more child was born to Andres Lorentsen, and his wife Elbjør Nilsdatter. He was named Lorents Andresen.
Notice that the couple Lorents Thomasen, and wife Aslaug Gundersdatter are also living at the farm with their son Andres Lorentsen and wife and grandkids.

Andres Lorentsen (or Lorentzen) wife Eldbjør, Elbjør or Eldbjørg Nilsdatter was the daughter of Nils Tollefsson from the same family as «Sterke-Nils» («Strong-Nils» a famous strong man from Telemark. https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sterke-Nils )
Elbjør's mother was Anne Jonsdotter Årmot. The census indicates that Elbjør was from Bø parish in Telemark.

Anders and Eldbjørg lived at a cotters place under Skoe in Bø, but all their children later left for America. The father Anders left for America in 1886.
In 1875 they lived at Hørtemyra together with the mother of Anders, Aslaug Gundersdatter.
