you may be in luck as I may have something of interest to you if you don't have it already. The "History of Jackson County, Vol II, 1979," has biographical sketches of all three of your persons of interest. Unfortunately, in Franz's it doesn't give village/city of origin nor parents' names.

It is interesting in that the other posting tells that Franz immigrated in 1854. I looked at the 1900 census and it shows that Anna/Annie immigrated in 1858 and that they had been married 39 years. This means they married around 1861, after they immigrated.
