I think the Michael you refer to is one of my cousins. The last name was spelled Thornton. He had a brother Theodore. I used to play with them as a child. I have lost touch with them but I know the Thornton family very well because Vernon, father of Michael and Teddy, and his brother and sister all married into the Griffith and Doers families.
