im trying to find out about a lieutenant colonel Hugh Daly. Hugh was born in Glasgow in 1909 and emigrated to detroit in 1927. He was living there in 1934 but not in 1930, when he wasnt in the us census. he was in glasgow again during the early part of WW2.

Hugh died i think in 1998 in florida.
