My wife's family, the Coons, migrated from Manchester in Western New York to Wayne County around 1832. Valentine Coon settled between the branches of the Rouge in Dearborn Twp., his oldest son Baltus further North in in Redford Twp. Many of the Coons are buried in the Old Redford (Bell Branch) Cemetery on Telegraph, but not Valentine. Anybody know where he is?

I'd also like to hear from any descendants of this family.
