I hope that someone can help me. My gandparents had a set of twins at Beyer Hospital in Ypsilanti on July 15, 1943. They arrived way too early and the twins did not survive. We would like to get records on their birth. We do not know if they were stillborn, or if the lived for a short time, but my gradparents never seen them. The doctor thought it was best. My question is this.... since I do not know if they lived or were stillborn, do I send for birth records, or death records? and does anyone know who to send the request to?
