PLEASE I need some HELP, everytime I think I'm getting somewhere I hit another huge brick wall. My husbands gg-grandfather Shipman WHite Kelsey lived in York and then Augusta Michigan a better part of his life. I have found him on census records, and a marriage record to his wife Sarah Shute. I have sent to the state for a copy of his death certificate they responded that it is not on record. I sent for a copy of the wedding certificate and have yet to hear from them this was 3-4 months ago. I am almost positive who is his father but have no proof, if someone has any info could you please help me? Thanks
