Passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at his home. Mr. Leversee was born September 26, 1942 in Allegan and resided in the Gobles area all of his life. Surviving are his wife, the former Joan Allen; one daughter, Jean Sabo of Gobles; four sons, Ronald (Michelle) Leversee of Gobles; Rodney (Susan) Leversee of Kalamazoo; John Leversee of Kalamazoo; Jerry Leversee of New Mexico; three grandchildren, Eric and Lacy Leversee and Bryce Sabo all of Gobles; one sister, Roseanne (Lyle) Bradeen of Kalamazoo; his Aunt, Mae Vershoof of Delton; four sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Bertha "Kidwell" Leversee; his in-laws, Lewis Allen and Thelma Hall and two brothers-in-law. Following his wishes cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join the family 1:00 PM Sunday, May 17 at the home of his daughter, Jean Sabo, 12671 35th St. for a gathering in Ron's memory.
