Passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at the family farm. Mr. Hasbrouck was born April 13, 1936 in Elm Creek, NE, the son of Marion and Nellie Hasbrouck. He has resided in this area the past 40 years. Oscar was a member of the Bloomingdale Hudson Lodge 221 F & AM as well as the Carpenter's Local 525 for the past 40 years. Oscar loved hunting, fishing, farming, and was involved in the Kalamazoo Farmer's Market for the past 12 years. Oscar was an avid football fan never missing a local game. He is survived by his wife, Joan, whom he married in 1958; three children, Jim (Tammy) of Otsego, Carol (Dan) Fox of Bloomingdale, Kenny (Chris) of Gobles; six grandchildren, Ryan, Adam, Reva, Jennifer, Kelli, Renae; four great-grandchildren, Nick, Carson, Owen, and Emma; a brother, Bob (Diana) and their children, Robin and Paula of Ferndale, WA; a sister, Norma (Bob) Burgard and their children Perry and Brian of Mosinne, WI; a sister-in-law, Marilyn Hasbrouck and her children, Bonnie, Mindy, Tim and Tina of Libertyville, IL; two brothers-in-law, David and Paul Bennett; and a special friend, Scotty. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Alvin. The family will meet friends from noon to 2 PM Saturday at the
