Richard passed away Tuesday morning, September 16, 2008 at Bronson Specialty Hospital, Kalamazoo. He was born June 27, 1940 in Los Angeles, CA the son of Edward and Edna (Bigfield) Voss. He was employed by the Veterans Administration in Los Angeles, CA. Surviving are two sisters, Lorene Whited of Grand Junction and Catherine Gibbs of Los Angeles, CA; two nieces, Vickie (John) Ling of Climax and Sharon (Al) Teske of Flowerfield, MI; two nephews, Michael Whited of Barstow, CA and Eddie (Robby) Whited of Anaheim, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and a sister. At the request of the family there will be no visitation or services as cremation has taken place. Burial of Cremains will be in Los Angeles, CA. Arrangements are by the Adams Funeral Home, Paw Paw. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Congregational Church of Grand Junction.
