Hartford- Violet M. DeLong, 82, of 213 Haver St Harford, died Friday at Shoreham Terrace Nursing Home, St Joseph.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 PM at the Calvin Funeral Home, Hartford, where friends may call after 7PM Sunday. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery Hartford.

Mrs. DeLong was born Oct 5, 1903 in Lawrence. She was formerly employed as a waitress. She was a member of the American Legion Hess-Eastman Post Auxiliary 174, Lawrence and the Stitch and Chat Club, Hartford.

She is survived by a sister, Florence Baldwin of Houghton Lake Heights, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband Pat in 1960.
