Centreville; Anna Jane PALMER, age 63, of Railroad St., Centreville, Mich., died Dec. 2, 2001, at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.

She was born Jan. 19, 1938, in Constantine, a daughter of Jess Willard and Ruth Evelyn (DIMMICK) MERCER. She worked at Day’s Molding in Constantine and formerly at Denton Mills in Centreville.

Surviving are; her husband, Phillip BINGAMAN, Centreville; a daughter, Judith (Mark) HOLTZ, Shipshewana, Ind.; three sons, Douglas (Patty) HOLDEN of Elkhart, Ind., Donald “Don” (Penny) HOLDEN, Constantine, and Jeffrey (Sherrie) HOLDEN, Jones; a step-daughter, Twila (Bob) HERSHA, WHITE Pigeon; a step-son, Ward (Pam) BINGAMAN, Middlebury, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, Robert “Rocky” (Jamie) MERCER, Middlebury, James MERCER, Three Rivers, and Donald (Kim) MERCER, Constantine; and a sister, Linda (Eddie) WALKER.

Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine. Services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Corey Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Gary Carr and Rev. Marilyn Schlimgen officiating.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the West Michigan Cancer Center.
