I wonder if Wanda Rae might be "Wilda R" in the 1930 census. Ray was unmarried in 1920; his age at first marriage (in the 1930 census) is hard to read, but I think it was corrected to say 27 (meaning he was not previously married, considering he married Neva in 1927, at which time he would have been 27). There's just his daughter Wanda and stepdaughter Ruth living with Ray and Neva. I'll attach the census reports that I found on the family. In 1930 they were renting at 521 Jackson Ave. in Muskegon.
