I am of African-American heritage and ISO Hunt family that may have migrated from Florida to Michigan. Here's part of my story; my father's name was Freeman Hunt and his last known address was somewhere in Vero Beach, FL, (I do not have a street address). He was admitted to the Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, FL on January 20, 1956 and he died in the hospital on July 24, 1956. His brother Fred was with him when he was admitted but he had limited information to put on the hospital record card. The records state that he was buried at the hospital cemetery, but I cannot find any record of him in any of the cemeteries. His siblings were William, Cora, Fred, James, Matthew and Josephine.
