I would appreciate information on Peter Vincent family. Peter Sr. brought the family from Strathroy, Ontario, Canada to Michigan in 1888. They eventually settled in Falmouth, Michigan. My grandfather, Peter Vincent Jr. owned the gas station in Falmouth.

I would appreciate any information on my grandparents and great grand parents.

I am also interested in any copies of photos someone might have on Peter Sr. his wife Susan and Children. Peter Sr. was born in 1843 and his wife Susan was born in 1851.

I have found it is very difficult to locate any information concerning his birth in 1799. There has been conflicting reports that he was born in New York and others indicate Pennsylvania.

Should you find any information to verify his parents names, I would be most grateful. Thank-you again for this wonderful information.

I met with Geraldine Vincent Fox in Falmouth, MI 4 or 5 years ago before she died. She had boxes and boxes of family pictures and of Falmouth. I went through 2 or 3 looking for my family relatives who lived across the street from them - Vanderwal - and sold farm implements. I took a couple of them. One is a picture of the Vincents in front of their gas station/store/post office. I would be glad to share.
Her son still is in the area. Hopefully he saved all the boxes of pcitures.
