Catholic Church early 1900s Banat/Holmes Twp?

I am working on an Austrian farm family that settled in Banat in the early 1900s. They were German speaking from Austria-Hungary and presumably Catholic. Can anyone tell me which parish might have served them at this time? (1910s/20s).
