I was born in 1939 marquette,mi And i was very sick. how do i go about getting my records. my mother name was Elizabeth (Lizzie ,liza)Sagata(sagato) Peters.on my birth certicate .my fathers name is Albert Amoe whom idid not know. Social security he was Born1903 and died 1967in marquette.dont know what mo. did any one know this man.?HELP darlene
