My Grandfather was Douglas William Tippett. I'm not sure what his Dad's name was. He lived in Ishpeming / North Lake / Crystal Falls most of his life and worked for various Steel Companies. He was born in Laurium in the Keweena Penninsula. I know that he had relatives that expired in the Barnes-Hecker mine disaster, but I'm not sure how many and who.
