Looking for birth certificate for Elmer Willard Dexter, born Bear Lake, Manistee Co, MI June 18, 1883. Or any info about the family. They were in Bear Lake approx. 1882-1885. Parents were George W. Dexter (born in Ontario, Canada) and Alice Crook. Elmer was born while parents were immigrating from Canada to KS. Any info or tips would be appreciated. Thanks. Diana
