I wasn't sure of the exact year that you needed so I checked the Macomb Daily for the following dates and didn't find a Hettie Oliver
Mar. 9-Mar.13, 1984, Mar. 9-Mar. 13, 1989 and Mar. 9-Mar. 13, 1994. Maybe someone could check the Detroit News or the Detroit Free Press.
