I Evalina Munger of Conway Livingston County Michigan, being of sound mind, do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, disposing of my property as follows, to wit:

Firstly: I will that my funeral expenses and all of my debts be paid out of my personal property.

Secondly: I will that to each of my Grand Daughters Catharine Amelia Cook, Ellen Hitchcock and Lizzie Amilla Hitchcock the sum of Ten Dollars.

Thirdly: I will to my Daughter Caroline Eliza Hitchcock my house lot and all my household furniture and in addition thereto an equal share of the residue of any property with my Son Edwin Hitchcock and my Daughters Amelia Jane Grant and Electa Gray, providing she shall remain single and live with me until my decease. But, should she marry before my decease or fail to live with me until my decease, then I will that she shall have only an equal share of my property with my son Edwin Hitchcock and my Daughters Amelia Jane Grant and Electa Gray.

Fourthly: I will that the residue of my property be divided equally among my Son Edwin Hitchcock and my Daughters Amelia Jane Grant and Electa Gray.

In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.

The undersigned Warren E. Pratt, Alden Pratt and James Brigham Grant of Conway Livingston County and State of Michigan do hereby certify that upon the day and year aforesaid the aforesaid Evalina Munger did sign the foregoing instrument in our presence and did in our presence declare that the foregoing Instrument was read in her hearing, that she was acquainted with the content therof and did publish and declare the same to be her Last Will and Testament.
