Microfilm copies of the Lapeer County Democrat/Lapeer County Press can be found at the Marg. De Angeli Library in Lapeer, the Lapeer County Press and in Lansing at the Library of Michigan, where they have many papers on film in alphabetical order by state and town (not by name of paper so you can easily find what you are looking for).

The County Press is a gabby paper so there are many items there that are helpful in your search and towns on the county lines are mentioned frequently (ie. Davison, Capac, Marlette, even Caro).
