I found it. I tried to join the group and it says "pending". I have some pictures of me a around that time but I don't know if they were taken at the Billet. About all I can remember about those years is oatmeal, pink and green melamine dishes, a foghorn sounding and a dorm type room. I would have been about 3 so it is understandable to not remember much about the surrounds. I went to several foster homes at about 6 years old and was adapted when I was 8. I'll dig up the pictures and post them on the Facebook page when it shows I am a member of the group.
