Was there any mention of his parents, birth location or date? Any mention of other family members like kids?

This is the information I'm trying to get on my 2nd great grandfather. I'm not 100% positive this is the right man I need, but the mention of kids names is what I need to verify him and I would love to obtain his parents names and date of birth/ location of birth.
